Our Story

Since 1914, the York family has been tilling the land of Western Kansas to feed our nation. Over 100 years later, Daren and Jennifer York created a new farming venture, Green Acres Farm, to diversify into the fledgling Kansas industrial hemp industry. With their sons, Darrick and Joshua, the Yorks poured their blood, sweat, and tears into growing one of the fastest-growing Kansas hemp businesses in the state. With the focus on Kansas first, Green Acres Farm is committed to helping Kansans find healthy wellness alternatives created from a Kansas crop.

Our Process

Our hemp is processed on our farm through a CO2 extraction unit. This extractor is the cleanest method of creating CBD oil. Most extractors used by large CBD companies use ethanol or butane to extract oil from the hemp plant, which is very toxic to humans if improperly extracted. 

We test our products through a 3rd-party testing facility to verify the efficacy and potency of our CBD oil. Our formulator is an Army Veteran and operates within the state of Kansas. We support our troops and our country. Our products are tested for heavy metals, pesticides, pathogens, and other toxins unsafe for human consumption.
